In the Beginning.....

Two Normal Family Men, Looking for a Better Life....

Hi I'm Mike Ligon my brother David and I (Photo:David on top / Me on Bottom) are just two normal everyday guys that wanted a better life for our families. We were both forced to drop out of high school and get jobs to help support our parents. As high school drop outs, the only decent jobs we could find were in Construction. So we spent the first half of our lives in the labor force, just like most of us.

Determination!

One thing is for sure, we knew at a very young age that we wanted much more than a typical 9 to 5 job. We were both determined to break free from the worker bee mentality.
We've always been firm believers that Dedication, Discipline and Determination is all you need to reach your Goals!
So we decided to work together and build a business...

Failures

It's not a Failure it you never give up!

The first few Business Ideas that we had were utter failures. One thing is for sure, if you want to succeed at anything, you'll have to be ready to accept failures. The road to Success has speed bumps, pot holes and walls that you have to be prepared to deal with. A Failure teaches you what not to do next time, so you cannot Fail if you never give up!

A Plan of Attack...

We tried creating business around what we were comfortable with, "construction". But it became really clear that we were not going to elevate our Families by working in this field. One day David heard a commercial on the radio for a Real Estate Investor Seminar, he immedietly called me and said "we have to go check this out". Neither one of us knew anything about Real Estate, but what we did know is that it could turn people into Millionaires. The seminar gave us a good "idea" of what we needed to do to become Investors, and at the end they pitched us a course for $5k each. We were both broke so we decided to try and figure it out on our own. That was a stupid newbie mistake...

You Need a Plan of Attack: In order to achieve your goals you need a plan, a road map to get you from zero to hero.
Excuses: You have to get rid of all the stupid excuses that hold everyone back. "I'm broke", "its a scam", "I can do it myself"
Make it Happen: There is Never going to be a right time to do something. NEVER. You will never have extra money or time. Find the money to buy knowledge, and make the time to invest in yourself. PERIOD!
